Ramyat is a mean, antisocial lizard who is burning with resentment at not being allowed to do the tradeskill she feels she was born to excel at: alchemy. In addition she has a deep phobia of water which has caused her to have a deep dislike for her home city.

As a result, she avoids iksars as much as every other race and claims to be totally content with her pet for company.

She hasn't even learnt the casts that would allow her to heal or give strength to others as she can't imagine ever feeling kindly enough to anyone to do so. She has, however, been known to be almost gracious to people giving her bone chips.
