Ruide, perhaps not the most fortunate name a happy, carefree woodelf could be given, so I suppose it's lucky that neither happy nor carefree are particularly accurate ways to discribe this mercenary, arrogant piece of work. He became a druid cos he saw it as the best way to travel, see the world and make a quick buck or two. He hasn't got to the stage of charging for heals yet, but that's only because he hasn't worked out a pricing strategy yet.
